Colorado Tragedy

Ladd Sanger recently settled a case involving an air crash near Mack, Colo., on May 8, 2000. Paul and Bette Dillenschneider were fatally injured when their Cessna 210, N732ER entered instrument meteorlogical conditions and crashed into a mountain. Plaintiffs were Wendy and Cindy Dillenschneider, the daughters of the decedents. The case was settled pre-litigation for an undisclosed amount.
