Part of an upcoming CNN investigative report by Patty Davis, Mike’s interview was based on his paper, “Air Ambulance Operations: Enhancing Public Safety or Causing Unnecessary Tragedy?”.
Ladd Sanger served as an expert in an article by the McAllen, Texas, Monitor concerning the crash of a SuperCobra military helicopter. In addition to being an aviation attorney, Sanger is a licensed helicopter and airplane pilot.
Mike Davis provided a plaintiff’s lawyer’s view in a July Austin Business Journal article by Colin Pope on the topic of tort reform. Mike had the last words, reminding readers that the new law “can be grossly unfair for, say, an elderly person who was abused in a nursing home. They’re not wage earners, so the non-economic damages are all they have.”
