New offices open mid-February

About the time you receive this newsletter, S&D will be on the move to new offices in the Westlake Hills area of Austin. The firm signed a 10-year lease to occupy approximately 15,000 square feet on the second floor of the Mira Vista building at 2705 Bee Cave Road.

Owned, leased and managed by Live Oak Development, Inc., Mira Vista was named “best new office project” by the Austin Business Journal in its 2002 commercial real estate awards.

“Because of our firm’s expanding case load and the addition of new attorneys and staff, we simply outgrew the space our firm has occupied for the past 10 years. As we head into our next decade of legal services, we’re delighted to be associated with Live Oak Development and its award-winning property,” said Michael L. Slack, managing partner.
