“Our dear friend and colleague Robert M. “Bob” Cowan passed away recently after a brief battle against cancer. Bob will be long-remembered as a good friend and great trial lawyer. He handled oral arguments at the Alaska Supreme Court during the Himsel v. State of Alaska case, playing a significant role in turning the case in our clients’ favor.
