S&D’s Personal Energizing Teambuilding Synergy (P.E.T.S.) projects are designed to encourage better communication, trust and rapport among staff. Assigned teams plan and lead activities involving community outreach, learning, socialization, exercise and special events. One community outreach effort raised funds for the Family Eldercare Fan Drive, and another collected much-needed items for the Town Lake Animal Center. In May, a group from S&D hiked the Barton Creek Greenbelt at Gaines Ranch during lunch.

Slack & Davis welcomes two new employees: Tricia DeLeon, bookkeeper and travel coordinator, and Leigh Anne Stephens, file clerk. DeLeon brings almost 12 years’ legal experience to her role at Slack & Davis. Stephens is studying for her master’s degree in legal studies at Texas State University.
