After building a national reputation in aviation litigation and personal injury litigation, our firm has received increased requests for representation in commercial litigation matters.

Slack & Davis recently experienced a success in a commercial litigation matter involving the purchase of a business jet.

“The results and many facts of this case must remain confidential, but I can say that our partnership with a referring law firm from another state produced an excellent result for our client,” said Slack.

“In some commercial cases, we will be able to represent plaintiffs on a contingent-fee basis, while in others, we will bill an hourly fee. Because of our trial experience, we feel comfortable representing defendants in certain cases, but of course we want to ensure there’s no potential for conflict of interest,” said Davis.
