Case Details:

Our client, an executive director of a Hawaiian conservation group was in a helicopter surveying a nature reserve. When the pilot attempted to land the helicopter at Turtle Bay to refuel, it began to descend and seemed to lose power. The helicopter crashed into a tree first, and then into a field of vegetation, landing upside down. It was determined that the pilot ran out of fuel.
