J.B. v. GML, Inc.

In June 2020, our client was driving to work on a rural highway when suddenly and unexpectedly an 18 wheeler truck turned directly in front of him.  Our client attempted to avoid the collision, but unfortunately, he could not and he impacted the truck at highway speed.  As a result of the collision, our client suffered a hip dislocation, which required surgery.  As a further consequence of his injury, our client continues to suffer a physical disability that prevents him from fully performing various aspects of his daily life.  Mike Guajardo was the lead attorney for the case.  After months of discovery, depositions, and expert evaluations, Mr. Guajardo and his team were able to settle the case for $1,000,000.
