Morris v. Al’s Heating & Air Conditioning
Mr. and Mrs. Morris were traveling on the freeway and came to a stop due to traffic. While stopped for approximately a minute, they were rear-ended by a plumbing truck traveling at a high rate of speed. The driver of the truck was cited for speeding and driver inattention. As a result of the crash, Mrs. Morris sustained a neck and back injury, which resulted in surgery. Mr. Morris sustained a paralyzed diaphragm, which rendered him disabled. Our firm was able to resolve our clients’ claims for a significant seven figure amount.
