Mike Slack Honored as Distinguished Alumnus by Texas A&M University – Featured in Austin Business Journal
Managing Partner and Co-Founder Michael Slack was selected as a Distinguished Alumnus by the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Texas A&M University, the highest distinction from the Aerospace Alumni Academy. Each year, the Distinguished Alumnus award is presented to two alumni in recognition of their career records and meritorious contributions to engineering. Recipients are selected based on nominations from students, faculty and other alumni.
Slack, who graduated from Texas A&M in 1973, was previously honored with the Aerospace Alumni Academy’s Outstanding Aerospace Engineer Award in 2014. Prior to his legal career, Slack was a senior aerospace engineer with NASA, and he continues to serve on the Texas A&M Department of Aerospace Engineering’s Advisory Board.
